- $0.42 per mile up to $0.54 per mile
- $80.00 per day layover pay
- $25.00 pick up pay
- $3000 sign on bonus after 6 months ($1500 for solo’s)
- $100 Holiday pay (New Years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving & Christmas
- Up to $4000 annual vacation pay after second year
- Up to $600 high mileage bonus
